Missed Session Classes
Students may make up a class within the
same week with notice.
School vacation days do not count as a missed class.
Cancelled Private instruction
Less than 48 hour notice 50%. due
Less than 24 hrs notice 100% due
Pick up and drop off:
Please be sure your child does not arrive more than 5 minutes before the beginning of class and is picked up promptly at the end of class.
Studio Calendar.
The Studio does not always follow the school calendar please check your studio calendar regarding vacation days etc.
COVID Safety
Students testing positive or
feeling sick should not attend class
Masks should be worn if
questioning exposure
Repeated, thorough cleaning of studio and materials
Virtual Instruction
Virtual lessons take place via Zoom with art teaching-software.
All supplies (if option chosen) will be packaged for pick up ahead
of time.
